Our Story
Founded in 1956 in New Orleans, Eustis Mortgage Corporation was built on a mission centered around low staff turnover and high customer retention through long term, repeat relationships. From the beginning, success was measured not simply by transactions, but by trust earned over time with homeowners, partners, and the communities we serve.
Now 70 years strong and family owned and operated, Eustis is led by third-generation CEO Kate deKay and has grown from its New Orleans roots into a corporation doing business in more than 20 states. With multiple branches across that footprint and an expanding presence throughout the Gulf South and beyond, Eustis continues to scale through strategic, relationship-driven partnerships.
The Alliance division of Eustis Mortgage, over ten years strong, offers a comprehensive range of mortgage solutions including conventional, government backed, jumbo, renovation, construction to permanent, and specialty portfolio products. The platform was built to support partners, not replace them, allowing banks, credit unions and brokers to maintain their customer relationships while relying on Eustis for consistency, expertise, and execution.
Today, our combined TPO channel brings together bank, credit unions, and independent brokers under one philosophy, long-term relationships over short term volume. We operate as an extension of our partners’ teams, delivering responsive underwriting, clear communication, and dependable closings that protect both the borrower experience and the partner’s reputation.
